8.0 - 10.0, , In-Design2.0. Supply 3m match print with color bars,
chromalin. Register, bleed, and trim marks must be indicated.
•Black & White: Final file should
include the images, fonts and final file in QuarkXpress 4.0 or 5.0,
Illustrator 8.0 - 10.0, In-Design2.0. Please supply paper prints
or velox proofs with disk. Bleed size should be 8-3/4"x11-1/4".
•Disk Requirements: Files can be accepted
in the following formats: on Zip or CDrom, QuarkXpress 4.0 or 5.0,
Illustrator 8.0 - 10.0, TIFFs, EPS and all fonts must be included.
Files saved as high resolution Adobe Acrobat format .pdf are accepted.
To send files via email, artwork must be sent through the NBCSL
website. To submit artwork visit www.nbcsl.com/conference 2004/advertising.html.
All ads must accompany an advertising contract by Friday, October
15, 2004 and
final payment, MUST BE RECIEVED BY October 15, 2004 to be considered
for the NBCSL Journal. If you are sending artwork via email you
must complete an advertising contract online [artwork can be attached
before submission] by Friday, October 15, 2004. On-line payments
must be also received by October 15, 2004. No ads will be accepted
by phone.
