All registrations must be paid in
advance. Pre-registration may be paid by money orders, business/personal
checks and credit cards (Visa/MasterCard). State Legislators may
also submit an approved “Legislative Payment Voucher”
from their state. NBCSL is unable to bill an individual directly
for attendance.
Applies to “one single day” attendance only. NBCSL requires
payment of daily fee at the time of registration. This daily registration
fee includes admission to program sessions, meal functions, social
events and exhibits on the selected day. NBCSL does not charge by
single event. Individuals who elect not to participate in a scheduled
activity will not be reimbursed for that activity.
Registration fees provide admission

All media members are requested to
check in at the media office at the Wyndham Philadelphia at Franklin
Plaza upon arrival. More information will be available at a later
date.

Requests must be made in writing and faxed to (404) 584-2770 or
emailed to registration@
nbcsl.com. Cancellations received by November 15, 2004
will be refunded minus a 50% processing fee. Refund requests
received after November 15, 2004 or any individual that does not
show will not be granted a refund.
All annual conference sessions are
wheelchair accessible. Meeting participants requiring assistance
should notify NBCSL of their specific needs by November 1, 2004
to (404) 584-2770.
The Wyndham Philadelphia at Franklin Plaza is the official Conference
Hotel. It is located at the inter-section of 17th & Race Streets,
Philadelphia, PA To make reservations and to obtain the special
conference rate of $129/single, call toll free at (800) 996-3426
or direct at 215-448-2000 before November 1, 2004.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.A conference badge must be worn at
all times and is required for admittance to all conference sessions
and social events. A badge and ticket are required at all meal and
social events.
Corporate, Government, Labor and Non-Profit
exhibitors interested in booth space, should contact Charles Walker

Kit.
Only legislators may submit resolutions for consideration. Round
Table members or other interested parties must have their resolution
sponsored by a legislator. Pre-Conference submissions must be made
by November 1, 2004 to the NBCSL national office
in electronic format only to rcharley@quesystems.com or on a diskette
by regular mail. Proposed resolutions submitted by the deadline
will be posted on www.nbcsl.com by November 15, 2004.To submit legislators names for remembrance
or for more information contact Chantel Bivins at the NBCSL National
