TOPIC

Increasing Minority Participation in the Gaming Industry

Although the gaming industry is creating opportunities for minorities within, there is a lack of minority contracting and minorities holding executive positions within major gaming markets throughout the United States. There is also a lack of management training avenues in gaming for minorities on the university level. More opportunities need to be open in the gaming industry and there needs to be a rise of minority participation in the industry.
