ONLINE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED. REGISTRATION CAN ONLY BE PROCESSED
ON SITE AT NBCSL ANNUAL LEGISLATIVE CONFERENCE.


METHOD OF PAYMENT

All pre-registrations must be paid at the time of submission of registration form.
Pre-registrations online may be paid by American Express, MasterCard, or Visa. Pre-registration paid by state, business/personal checks, money orders and should be mailed to:

"Legislative Payment Voucher" pre-approved and fill-in completely accepted via mail. NBCSL is unable to bill an individual directly for participation in 2006.

DAILY REGISTRATION
Applies to “one single day” only. NBCSL requires the payment of daily fee at the time of registration. This daily registration fee includes admission to program sessions, meal functions, social events and exhibits on the selected day. NBCSL does not charge by single event. Individuals who elect not to participate in a scheduled activity will not be reimbursed for that activity.

DELEGATE REGISTRATION
Registration fees provide admission to all scheduled sessions, breakfasts, luncheons,
social events and the exhibit hall. NBCSL does not charge by single event. Individuals who elect not to participate in a scheduled activity will not be reimbursed for that activity.

GUEST REGISTRATION
(Spouse / Adult Family member over 18 yrs)

The registration fee is payable at the time your registration is submitted. NBCSL is unable to
provide an invoice for guests.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS
[DEADLINE for refund submission is November 17, 2006]

Requests must be made in writing and faxed to (301)560-6545 or emailed to registration@nbcsl.com. Cancellations received by November 17, 2006 will be refunded minus a 50% processing fee. Refund requests received after November 17, 2006 or any individual that does not attend the conference will not be granted a refund.

DELEGATES WITH DISABILITIES [ADA]
All annual conference sessions are wheelchair accessible. Meeting participants requiring
assistance should notify NBCSL of their specific needs by November 1, 2006 to
(404) 584-2770.

BADGES
Conference badges must be worn at all times and is required for admittance to all conference
sessions and social events. A badge and ticket are required for all meal and social events.

EXHIBITS
Corporate, Government, Labor and Non-Profit exhibitors interested in booth space should
contact Anisha Lewis at (888) 214-9144 for more information and to request an Exhibitor Kit.

RESOLUTIONS
Only legislators may submit resolutions for consideration. Round Table members or other
interested parties must have their resolution sponsored by a legislator. Pre-submitted resolutions must be submitted by September 29, 2006 to the NBCSL national office in electronic format only to resolutions@nbcsl.com or on a diskette by regular mail. Late resolutions must be submitted by a policy chair by October 31, 2006. Proposed resolutions submitted by the deadline will be posted on www.nbcsl.com by November 15, 2006.
