ROOM RESERVATION DEADLINE
November 11, 2008Each sleeping room must be occupied by at least one registered individual who is 18 years or older.

Deposit Guarantee: All individuals will be required to guarantee their room ($199) by credit card. Reservations will not be made or held unless a guarantee is provided.

Early Departure Fee: Upon arrival at the Hotel the front desk clerk will confirm your schedule departure date. If you decide during the Conference that you will check-out earlier than your confirmed departure date, you will be charged a $50 administration fee.

Request For Late Check-out: Should be made at time of reservation or upon check-in at the front desk. Any extra costs will depend upon how late the request is for.

No-Shows: If you do not arrive at the Hotel on the date indicated you will be considered a “No-Show” and the Hotel may cancel your room reservation as well as charge your credit card for one night room stay.

Room Cancellation: All Hotel rooms cancelled after November 1st and prior to your arrival will result in a one night room stay charge to your credit card.
