Once your application is received and approved, you will be sent a full Exhibitor’s Packet with complete details.



In order to provide a safe and successful event for all Exhibitors, the following rules will be observed by all Exhibitors:

Exhibit space may not be sublet without prior written permission of NBCSL;

Exhibit displays and decorations must fit within the dimensions of the space (10'x10') and not impede traffic in the aisles or disrupt neighboring spaces;

Audio-video presentations are encouraged, but sound levels must be low enough not to interfere with other Exhibitors;

Exhibitors should honor rules and requirements of the hotel and display companies;

NBCSL is not responsible for loss or damage to Exhibitor’s property or injury to Exhibitor’s employees, unless caused by the active negligence or willful act of NBCSL;

NBCSL reserves the right to add rules as necessary for the smooth operation of the exhibition.
