Are you interested in sponsoring a meal function, signage or other opportunities to enhance your exposure? Call NBCSL’s Executive Director at 202-624-5457 to inquire or check off the sponsor information box on the reservation form.
Once your application is received and approved, you will be sent a full Exhibitor’s Packet with complete details. In order to provide a safe and successful event for all Exhibitors, the following rules will be observed by all Exhibitors:
- Exhibit space may not be sublet without prior written permission of NBCSL;
- Exhibit displays and decorations must fit within the dimensions of the space (8'x10') and not impede traffic in the aisles or disrupt neighboring spaces;
- Audio-video presentations are encouraged, but sound levels must be low enough not to interfere with other Exhibitors;
- Exhibitors should honor rules and requirements of the hotel and display companies;
- NBCSL is not responsible for loss or damage to Exhibitor’s property or injury to Exhibitor’s employees, unless caused by the active negligence or willful act of NBCSL;
- NBCSL reserves the right to add rules as necessary
