Each sleeping room must be occupied by at least one registered individual who is 18 years or older.

DEPOSIT GUARANTEE
Each reservation must be accompanied by a first night room deposit to guarantee their room ($219) by credit card only. No reservation will be accepted or made unless a guarantee is provided.

EARLY DEPARTURE FEE
Upon arrival at the Hotel, the front desk clerk will confirm your scheduled departure date. If you decide during the Conference that you will check-out earlier than your confirmed departure date - your credit card will be charged an administration fee.

REQUEST FOR LATE CHECK-OUT
Should be made at the time of reservation or upon check-in at the front desk. Hotel may not be able to honor any request made on the same day of the scheduled departure. Any extra costs will depend upon extended check-out time.
