All registrations must be paid at time of submission. State legislators and legislative staff may submit an approved Legislative Payment Voucher to invoice state. NBCSL is unable to directly bill an individual for attendance.

ONE DAY REGISTRATION
“One single day” attendance fee includes admission to program sessions, meal functions, social events and exhibits on the selected day. NBCSL does not charge by single event. Individuals who elect not to participate in a scheduled activity will not be reimbursed for that activity. NBCSL requires payment of one-day registrations at time of registration.

FULL REGISTRATION (Wednesday – Saturday)
Full registration provides admission to all scheduled sessions, breakfast, luncheons, social events and exhibit hall. NBCSL does not charge by single event. Individuals who elect not to participate in a scheduled activity will not be reimbursed for that activity.

GUEST REGISTRATION
(Spouse/Adult Family Member over 18 yrs)
Include guest name on registration form only if they are participating in meals and social events. Registration fee must be paid at time of registration. NBCSL is unable to provide a separate invoice for a guest registration.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
Requests must be made in writing and emailed to registration@nbcsl.org. DEADLINE for refund submission is November 24, 2010. Cancellations received by Deadline will be refunded minus a 50% processing fee. Refund requests received after November 24, 2010 will not be refunded. Refunds will not be granted for individuals that are no-shows.

DELEGATES WITH DISABILITIES (ADA)
All sessions are wheelchair accessible. Individuals requiring assistance should notify NBCSL of their specific needs by November 5, 2010 by email to registration@nbcsl.org.

BADGE/TICKET SECURITY
All individuals will be required to present a photo ID in order to pick up their badge. Conference badges most be worn at all times and are required for admittance to all conference sessions. A badge and ticket are needed for meals.

Replacement Badge: missing badge replacement fee is $10 per request.

Meal Tickets: NBCSL does not replace lost tickets.
