NBCSL Applauds U.S. Supreme Court’s Ruling to Uphold the Affordable Care Act

The National Black Caucus of State Legislators (NBCSL) applauds the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling affirming the constitutionality of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. NBCSL President, Representative Barbara W. Ballard (KS), said, “Today represents a monumental feat in American history and a victory for the American people.”
